Village of Saint-Laurent-de-l'Île d'Orléans
The jam-makers have established their new production workshop in the old boat factory of F.X. Lachance, in the shade of the steeple of the village of St-Laurent.
The new Tigidou café and boutique workshop is also a gourmet stopover, where visitors can taste and purchase Tigidou products, coffee and sweet snacks, in addition to enjoying the splendid view of the river offered by this picturesque place.
New workshop, same cauldrons
The Tigidou jam factory is expanding and boilers its small pots in a new creative and historic space, on the water's edge. The new Tigidou workshop, larger, more equipped and better suited to production needs, is a delight for Tigidou jam makers.
We reassure you, the recipes remain unchanged and we kept our cauldrons so that the Tigidou magic continues to operate.
This project was funded by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, as part of the Food transformation: robotization and quality systems program.
And also with the help of the MRC de l'Île d'Orléans through the Fonds de la Région de la Capitale-Nationale and the trust of Desjardins de l'Île d'Orléans. A huge thank you for making this dream possible.

What an amazing establishment this is. My highlight of the day we visited Ilè De Orleans was Tigidou. We drove nearly 9 hours from Toronto to get here and explore the island last Sunday as part of our weekend getaway.
The girl at the cashier (blue-eyed girl think Camille was her name) was super friendly and helped us a lot in picking out the jams. She had immense knowledge about the best pairings to go with it.
We got -
1) Rhubarb Strawberry
2) Spicy Strawberry
3) Tiny Strawberry
4) Tiny Sour Apple
I would really love to thank the girl personally who assisted us at the cash register while on our way out. We had a really nice conversation. She helped us find a nice patio on the island - Lunch with a view at “Cassis Mona & Filles”
Superb Experience!!! Thank You Tigidou ❤️
