Intense, unmistakable maple flavor, woody and rich, our black maple syrup is handcrafted.

It is harvested at the end of the season, if the season lends itself to it, before the first buds of the first warm morning appear on the branches of the maples. Impossible to classify it commercially, this nectar is nevertheless so rare and precious for Quebec chefs and mixologists.
