Apple and maple cream


Made from organic cane sugar, pure cream from the Royala Dairy of Saint-Joseph de Beauce, maple syrup from Orleans Island and apples from the Laval Gagnon farm of Sainte-Famille on Île d’Orléans.

A sin on waffles or pancakes, a treat in oatmeal and decadent with a croissant.

Also to eat with a spoon, secretly, in the middle of the night.
