Flower honey :
Our marmalade of wild flowers is inspired by the French cramaillotte (or cremaillotte, depending on the region) made with dandelion flowers. The short season (but how abundant in our garden) of this pretty yellow flower pushes us to pick and be interested in other seasonal pistils.
This recipe with a delicate taste knows a great success in our Jambar during the summer and pushes us to offer it to you even late in autumn whereas the lemon balm is still beautiful and that the clover continues to bloom.
Accompaniment: Croissant, Toast, Cream cheese, Biscuit
