Sea buckthorn is capricious for the mouth. Acidulated like a lime, it will make the less wary grim. It has “super fruit” characteristics due to its great antioxidant power. Originally from Europe, it has been used for a long time in several remedies.
We prefer to mix it with the apple to soften it. It gives the jelly a delicate scent that blends sensitively with pâtés, terrine and other pork dishes. Its color also makes it attractive on a table or little canapés.
