Farm to table

The best berries on Île d’Orléans from our farm or those of our neighbors are grown on an ancestral terroir, concocted according to the season in small pots, with organic sugar, often without added pectin, quite naturally. Fine selection of our ingredients, as close as possible to local market gardeners.
